Coming from Paris Hilton she definitely lives by those words with all of her scandals and such. But she has a point. You can't just walk around unnoticed. You have to live it up. Don’t do what everyone else is doing, the standard cookie cutter plain Jane type of person. Be that person to do something different and stick out. Instead of doing the normal thing that people expect you do, do the unexpected. If you do things to surprise other people you may end up surprising yourself instead. Like doing things that you never thought that you would do. Looking back you'll have one of those moments where you think wow I really did something like that. So take Paris Hilton’s words and stick out like a superman without super powers.

courage;

Courage is the quality of mind or spirit that enables a person to face difficulty, danger, pain, etc., without fear; bravery.

The opposite of courage is a coward,

Having courage is something that everyone has but some people just show more than others. I think that an example of courage would be to be sociable. A sociable person has the courage to talk to people that they have never even spoken to before or just too start talking in general. Just because you're not sociable doesn't mean that you are a coward, it doesn't mean that you have no courage at all. You might show courage in a different way than that. Like doing something that everyone else is afraid to do of example. Or you have the courage to be different other than the norm. That’s what courage means to me.

I like this quote because it seems like he's saying that even though he's had great success he still wants to keep going to further his success. and good thing he loves what he's doing as well because then he could easily just be like ok i'm done, i'm just going to leave this sport and all the oppurtunites that i've got from it behind. instead of creating a legacy i'm leaving it. this is just an inspirational quote over all.

leadership;

The definition of leadership is the position or function of a leader.

To me a leader is someone that people can look to for guidance. For example a senior or a captain is a leader for the younger students that don't know what to do. Maybe that's why they call them link leaders at our school. They are there to lead or guide the younger ones on their first day of school to do the right thing so they are not confused about what's supposed to be going on. Leaders are very important to have around. Without them people will be too afraid to do anything because they don't have someone to be there and lead them. Leadership is a good trait to have.

giving;

The definition of giving or to give is to present voluntarily and without expecting compensation; bestow

A lot of people especially now when they hear about giving is Christmas. Isn't Christmas the giving holiday? Giving doesn't necessarily have to be something particular. Giving can be something as easy as giving your time or giving an afternoon to help somebody who really needs it. And to a lot of people giving your time to them is more important than any Christmas gift. There’s others ways to give as well. You can give to your local community and donate food to a food drive. You can't just expect others to just give to you. You can't be selfish and you should give something too. I’m sure that everybody has clothes just sitting in their closet that they don't use. Take those clothes down to the Salvation Army. Giving can make you feel so good about yourself. And you won't get that feeling by just waiting for someone to give to you. So help out and give back to your community.

In this quote she saying that she's surprised that girl ran that fast but she better watch out because it's not going to happen again.  she was pretty much saying that the win for the girl was lucky and that the other girl better not get used to it because sanya isn't going to allow that to happen. Or that she's just going to train that much harder just for the revenge of beating that other girl because the other girl is probably cocky after winning that race. But it's not going to happen again. This is the animosity I feel after losing a close race too.

hope;

Hope is the feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out for the best
Hope is something that people seem to strive for.  They always use hope to keep them going or keep them from totally shutting down on themselves.  I guess in that sense hope is something that comes from inside us. Somebody else can't have hope for you. Only you can have hope for yourself.  For example you hope for something better to happen.  So you never hope for something bad to happen to yourself. Hope is supposed to be self inspiring. It’s always something positive. That’s what hope means to me.

In the sports that I’m in my coach is always that we have talk more. In volleyball we have to talk to call the ball and let them know when to take it or not.  In basketball you have to call for the ball and be loud about it too. So they know they you want that ball and you're going to do something with it too. In track with relays you have to talk to tell the person you're handing off to when to look back and get the baton. So it's a really good point that he's making be saying that good team work is revolved around communication. I mixed up those words a bit, but that's what its saying is. There is no such thing as talking too much in sports. Or at least I’ve never heard it before.

adaptation;

The definition of adaptation is

The act of to make suitable to requirements or conditions; adjust or modify fittingly

Like how we change over time. We adapt to our new environment. Or adapt.  I'm not really what else to say on this subject so ya,

the difference between humans and animals

There are many differences between humans and animals. We look at animals as below us allot of the time. We think that we are way better than them.  We treat animals as if they are stupid just because they you can't here what they're thinking probably. Since we cannot communicate with each other then we just automatically think that they're not good enough. That is what I think the difference between humans and animals are.

In this quote napoleon is telling Pedro to pretty much stop over thinking things, as in what they will think of me if I do this. napoleon is just telling him to listen to his heart instead of what his mind is telling him which is don't do it because then you'll probably regret not taking advantage of the fun that you could have later on so instead of regretting it just go with it. Plus we all know that napoleon isn't afraid of what other people think of him when he displayed his awesome dance moves to help out a friend. To me if you listen to heart and not care about what other people think about is a sign of a free spirit.

The definition of beauty is the quality present in a thing or person that gives intense pleasure or deep satisfaction to the mind, whether arising from sensory manifestations (as shape, color, sound, etc.), a meaningful design or pattern, or something else (as a personality in which high spiritual qualities are manifest).

Pretty much beauty is just a state of mind that intrigues it. For example some people may have a beautiful personality or a beautiful presence to them. Or a building or structure could also be beautiful. Most of the time something beautiful is found in nature. It’s a quality to have "beauty" kind of like grace or charm.

in this  quote Miley is saying that once she's up on that stage nothing matters. kinda like all her fears and worries from the day just go away and disappear. this quote reminds me of when i play one of my sports and the court or the track is like my stage. if i had a bad day all of it goes away because I'm so focused on what's going on in that moment that everything just goes away. when she says i don't think of it as work it's just so much fun she's saying even though she gets paid for it because it's her job it's a job that she enjoys. she definitely most not hate it because she's calling it fun.

In this quote he's pretty much saying that he doesn't believe it or what's going on around him. He’s calling his life like a dream.  he's afraid that when he wakes up it will all be over that's what it means when he's saying I never to wake up from because the way things are panning out for him were in his wildest dreams but now here's where he dreamed about.  So the message to everyone else to keep dreaming and maybe you won't want to wake up either.

freedom;

Freedom is an important part of our society in America.  Without freedom we'd be a dictatorship like in North Korea where there leader Kim Jung Il is pretty like crazy insane and has a huge ego.  Every little thing that will happen will be like a huge deal.  Even though we have restrictions within out freedoms that's to prevent ciaos, but for the most part we are free. Within out limitations even though sometimes some things seem like a dictatorship it really isn't and people are just over reacting. even if they think it's bad they can make a trip over to north Korea and see how much freedom they over there.

in this quote i think he was trying to say that you can't go back and fix your mistakes like you can in a rehearsal. in life you just have to roll with it and forget it. because you can't go back you just have to keep on going forward. that's what the first part about the life isn’t a rehearsal. the camera is always rollin is pretty much saying everybody is watching and relying on you to do the right thing and to not make any mistakes.

justice and fairness;

justice: the quality of being just; righteousness, equitableness, or moral rightness:
fairness: free from bias, dishonesty, or injustice
that is the definition of those words.  but to me justice seems like it's your right to do something or you have the justice to do it. fairness means like to make everything equal kind of.  these both are very important words that without people will be out of control because we're lacking those things. but i think that justive overrules fairness.

ok so i couldn't decide on a quote for this week so i decided to go with one that was decently good from arguably the greatest artist of all time, in this quote or song lyrics Michael Jackson is trying to say that even though the sky is the limit that he hasn't reached that limit yet, he's saying to keep an eye on him because he is going to reach that limit and  stay up there, he's telling you that he is going to push the limits and do whatever it takes to do the things that nobody else has ever even thought about yet, that's what this quote from probably the greatest means to me,.

noise

i think that without noise life will be dull. everything has a noise, it is a very hard to ever a true honest moment of silence because there is always something make some kind of noise, i don't like it when it is completely silent, and i always have to be listening to something. whenever i'm on the computer i go straight to Pandora just for something to listen to other then listening to me typing away at the keys, actually i'm listening to one of my Pandora radio stations right now, that is what i think about noise,.

the first thing that i thought about when i heard this quote was track, you are always told don't turn around because it slows you down, if i ever feel the urge to turn around in track i push myself to go a little bit faster because if you have to turn around somebody is probably gaining on you, and you don't want to give anything extra by wasting energy and slowing yourself down you want to show them that you are not going to let them by you if you have to battle it out to the finish line you will still battle for that top spot, and don’t back down to the challenge that they are giving you to make yourself better, because you are going to show them not to try and pass you because they’ll remember, that is my opinion on this quote:.

friendship;

friendship to me is important, i can't picture myself without my friends, they are kind of like my second family, i know alot of my friends houses are just an extension of my own house, and they treat my house like there's too, my friends are people that i can tell anything to and not worry about them saying it to everybody because i know that i can trust them, friends are a very important part of my life, i don't know what i'd do without them:.
